This market resolves YES if the joint Ministry of Industry and Trade / Ministry of Finance decision for the July 2, 2026 adjustment (effective 16:00 Vietnam time) lowers the retail price of at least one fuel type, as of July 2, 2026, 01:00 (UTC-8) — equivalent to July 2, 2026, 09:00 UTC.
