This market resolves YES if at least one Binance Spot BTC_USDT 1-minute candle between July 19, 2026, 00:00 (UTC-8) and July 20, 2026, 23:59 (UTC-8) — equivalent to July 21, 2026, 07:59 UTC — has a Low strictly below $64,000.00, as confirmed by the official Binance Spot BTC_USDT price feed. Resolves NO if no candle in the window goes below that level (a value exactly at $64,000.00 resolves NO). If Binance data is unavailable or disputed for the window, the market resolves using the consensus of CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, and TradingView.
