Resolution rules · English binding text

This market resolves YES if the ICE Brent crude oil front-month futures settlement price for October 9, 2026 (19:30 London) — equivalent to October 9, 2026, 10:30 (UTC-8) and October 9, 2026, 18:30 UTC — is at or above $100.00 per barrel, as confirmed by ICE Futures Europe's official settlement data or, if ICE data is unavailable, the Reuters report of that settlement. The front month is the nearest-expiry Brent contract trading on that day. Resolves NO if that settlement is below $100.00. Only the official October 9, 2026 settlement is binding; intraday prices, spot quotes, WTI, other contract months, settlements on other days and later revisions do not change the outcome. If ICE does not publish a Brent settlement for October 9, 2026, the market resolves NO. A settlement exactly at $100.00 resolves YES (higher bracket).
