This market resolves YES if the High of any Binance Spot ETH_USDT 1-minute candle is at or above $3,000.00 at any time between October 5, 2026, 12:00 (UTC-8) — equivalent to October 5, 2026, 20:00 UTC — and October 14, 2026, 12:00 (UTC-8) — equivalent to October 14, 2026, 20:00 UTC, as confirmed by the official Binance Spot ETH_USDT price feed. Resolves NO if no 1-minute High inside that window reaches the level. Only Binance Spot ETH_USDT 1-minute candle data is binding; wicks on other venues, index prices, derivatives markets and later data revisions do not change the outcome. If Binance suspends ETH_USDT trading during the window, only candles actually published inside the window count. Forks or ticker renames do not change the reference pair.
