Resolution rules · English binding text

This market resolves YES if the official closing level of the Nasdaq-100 index (NDX) for the October 9, 2026 regular session, set at 16:00 ET — equivalent to October 9, 2026, 12:00 (UTC-8) and October 9, 2026, 20:00 UTC — is at or above 31,000.00, as confirmed by Nasdaq. Resolves NO if that closing level is below 31,000.00. Only the first official closing level published for that session is binding; intraday highs, futures, ETFs such as QQQ, after-hours moves, closes on other days and later corrections do not change the outcome. If no regular session is held on October 9, 2026 or Nasdaq does not publish an official close for it by October 9, 2026, 23:59 (UTC-8) — equivalent to October 10, 2026, 07:59 UTC, the market resolves NO. A close exactly at 31,000.00 resolves YES (higher bracket). Resolution sources: nasdaq.com / reuters.com / apnews.com
