This market resolves YES if India's Ministry of External Affairs or at least two major Indian news outlets report an official condemnation of Pakistan's strikes in Afghanistan before June 30, 2026, 12:00 (UTC-8) — equivalent to June 30, 2026, 20:00 UTC. Resolves NO if no such condemnation is reported by the deadline. A statement expressing 'concern' without explicit condemnation does not qualify.
