This market resolves YES if the Ministry of Industry and Trade's official price bulletin for the July 2, 2026 adjustment (effective 16:00 Vietnam time) sets the E5 RON92 retail price ceiling below 20,000 VND per litre, as of July 2, 2026, 01:00 (UTC-8) — equivalent to July 2, 2026, 09:00 UTC. Resolves NO if the ceiling is at or above 20,000 VND per litre, including exactly 20,000 VND.
