Will Manchester City's appeal overturn the guilty verdict in the Premier League financial rules case by January 31, 2027?

This market resolves YES if the Premier League Appeal Board, in its decision on Manchester City's appeal against the independent Commission's decision of September 25, 2026, sets aside every finding of breach against the club — so that after the appeal Manchester City stands found in breach of none of the 115 charges — and that decision is published at or before January 31, 2027, 12:00 (UTC-8) — equivalent to January 31, 2027, 20:00 UTC, as confirmed by an official statement from the Premier League or Manchester City. Resolves NO if the Appeal Board upholds the verdict in whole or in part, including where some findings are set aside but at least one finding of breach stands; if the case is remitted to a commission for rehearing and no decision setting aside every finding is published by the deadline; if the appeal is withdrawn or settled; or if no Appeal Board decision is published by the deadline. A change to sanctions alone does not qualify. Any later arbitration or court challenge does not change the outcome. Media reports without official confirmation do not qualify.
